Israel- The Most Evil Country in the World (Part I)

The supporters of Israel sometimes argue:  what other option is really left with Israel than killing the Palestinian "terrorists"?

Many Israeli supporters want to invoke Israel's success story -- economic, technological and entrepreneurial-- to justify their actions on and their treatments of the Palestinians. The line of reasoning is somewhat like this:The fact that I own a a posh car indicates that I worked hard and that I have the talents to be eligible to buy that fashionable car. You cannot afford such a car, implying that you are inferior to me. And now you, out of anger and jealousy, will always try to throw stones and break the windows of my car. Therefore, it is legitimate for me to punish you whenever I see you near my car. This logic, which may be rhetorically spot on, is actually misleading and falsification of the underlying truth. I shall argue with more and more concrete evidences from time to time that the causality is in the opposite direction.

Israel's manipulative behavior with its neighbors and its acts of brazen misrepresentation of facts on the global platform due to the impunity it enjoys from many global powers -- mainly the US and the UK -- are the reasons for its so-called successes, not to mention the humongous financial aid and logistical support it receives from many Western allies. Also add to that, Israel's massive and systematic propaganda machine working round the clock, assisted by the right-wing Jewish diaspora, to turn lies into truths. This is the Israel's major success story.

Before we are actually swayed by the aforementioned twisted justification to support the Israeli acts of terrorism in the name of self-defense, it's the right time to address an important question. Is Israel really sincere in the `two-state-settlement' in the region which has been perceived by many observers as the most realistic solution (may not be the fairest) to bring peace to the middle-east (remember the Israelis are the immigrant settlers and the Palestinians are the natives of the land). The ground evidences show Israelis are very reluctant to recognize a Palestinian state in Gaza and West Bank as outlined in Oslo accords and Camp David summit. Whenever it comes to implementing the "two-state-solution", Israel stance is of dillydallying, showing their clear intention of maintaining the status quo. They want to provoke the Palestinians into resorting to somewhat violent measures so that they can justify their imperialistic aggression by means of their state-sponsored terrorism; compared to the magnitude and intensity of the Israeli military powers equipped with high-precision and long range missiles among others, Palestinian arms are no more severe than handguns. The real intention that Israel nurtures in its heart is to weaken the Palestinians morally and financially so much so that they can seize their land easily.

I end today (as the baby is crying) with a few crude facts. One may try to verify it with any authentic source and may report any discrepancies to me.

  1. During (2000--2010), Israel killed more than 6,300 Palestinians; many were children and defenseless civilians.
  2. Israel demolished more than 25,000 Palestinian homes since 1967.
  3. In its arsenal Israel has up to 200 nuclear warheads which is in clear violation of the United Nations Security Council resolution 487. Interestingly, it receives something around $7 million of military aid from the U.S. per day.
  4. 7,383 Palestinians are being kept in the prisons of Israel.
  5. The racist regime of Israel has built 223 settlements on the Palestinians' confiscated lands.
  6. Over the six-year period between September 2000 and February 2006, 36,589 Palestinians were injured by the Israeli forces of whom 3,530 Palestinians were permanently disabled or maimed.
  7. Israel has confiscated 249,680 km2 of Palestinian lands.
  8. Israeli forces even refused to overlook the Palestinian trees as they uprooted 1,187,762 Palestinian trees from 2000 to 2006.

Coming up in the next part are the reasons why it should not require much insight to conclude that the real ambition of Israel is grossly territorial. All they want is to extend their territory. Another important aspect of the Arab-Israeli conflict which is laced with strong racial hatred and antagonism is the opportunistic use of  battle cries like "death to the Jews",  by the Israelis to defend their aggression and brutality. Such practice is resorted to not only by the Israelis. It is adopted by the Indians and the Pakistanis too to whip up hatred against each other and thereby, justify killings. It was used by Hitler, it was used by Stalin, it was used by Pol Pot, it was used by Saddam, in fact almost all mass-murderers.

Mimi:

I understand you are trying to build a premise for your future arguments.

Please do provide some unbiased links you used for research. For ex. lectures from Noam Chomsky may be a little biased but a report from UN on palestinian economy could be useful.

if Israel is the most evil, where would North Korea be?

Mimi, I think you have gone to the extremes in your diatribe against the Israelis. Probably this is due to your apparent enmity with greatbong. The article you are now trying to write is not at all balanced. Jews are not the invaders of the land. The present palestinian land was actually occupied by the Jews 3000 years ago. Try to read history.

Mimi.. I have not seen so furious an attempt to denigrate Israel. Israel's been fighting throughout the history to survive against all opponent forces. The Munich incident, where all Jewish players have been killed, holocaust where all Jews were sent to the concentration camps, their expulsion from all the countries before that are examples of the torture they have been subjected to. Now that is what the Arabs want now. to throuw the jews out. even after all such attacks they were able to survive and proper in life.

@Anonymous: North Korea is portrayed to be an evil state by the US and its allies for its close relationship with China. Israel is much more evil than North Korea.

I sense a deep-rooted envy in your post against Israel, and the way they deal with their enemies. If Indian politicians had a fraction of the determination that Israelis have against their enemies, we would never have had a 26/11 or the random bombing in 'insert city name here'.

Only because a nation doesn't bend over when asked doesn't mean that they are evil. Anyone will think a hundred times before trying to screw with Israel.

I am happy to finally see someone defend dprk outside dprk.com I wish you have a great time there... and yes, please try and learn a couple of Kim Jong Il and Kim Il Sung songs for your visa interview.

@ Dear anonymous, It would be a mockery of real-politics or foreign diplomacy to equate Arab-Israeli conflict with India-Pakistan border dispute. The main reason is: the threat of a nuclear war which is real. Secondly, Israel has launched a state-sponsored terrorism supported by the most powerful nations of the world (note Israel is still officially at war with Hamas), when the so-called acts of terrorism in India and Pakistan are done by specific rogue groups. A little change in political attitude by India and Pakistan would have been enough to curb those activities, when the real intention of Israel is to slowly starve the Palestinians to death so that they can grab the entire land.

I don't support North Korea. I say with emphasis Israel is a much more evil country that North Korea. I find it funny when some Indians see Israel as an Indian friend, but the truth is: Racially Israel sees the Indians inferior to even the Arabs. Their apparent proximity to India is very much purpose-oriented, just to destroy Pakistani and Iranian nuclear arsenals. After it is done, the Israelis will leave no stones unturned to point their missiles to the Indians.

mimi, i'm very amused to see your inventive story of israel's history..

@ anonymous,
India and Israel have taken different approaches to solve somewhat similar problem of terrorism. Time has not yet come to claim who has been more successful.

Israel has done a reasonable job of maintaining its existence with reasonable progress in all fields using its own approach. Israel has not solved all of its problems though. They keep getting pulled into wars, rocket-attacks and terrorist attacks.

India has done a reasonable job of containing dissent in Punjab, Assam, Kashmir using its own approach. We have not solved all of it though. We keep on getting pulled into Kargil, bombs and whatnot.

Do keep in mind that India has no big daddy. India is much larger and much poorer than Israel. More of my thoughts here:

Specific rogue groups? What kind of BS do you read? Do you mean to say the Pakistan government/army was not involved (directly or indirectly) in Kargil, 26/11, the attack on our parliament and the rest of the bombings and attacks?

I suggest you leave the luxuries of the US for some time and go and live in India for some time (I know it is nasty and smelly, but over a billion people manage to live there). Expose your little girl to the dangers of terrorism for some time, and then we'll see how supportive you are of Pakistan and the Arab world. When your daughter has a little infection you are unable to blog. We'll see how logically you argue when she is blown up by a bomb.

Are you being serious really?! Your post above is amongst the most hilariously funny replies I've ever come across!

Archaeological findings and statements in Bible clearly show that Palestine was inhabited by non-Jewish Semites a long time before Jews even claimed that it is their “promised land” and long after that. The justification of Jews, that they claim the land because it belonged to them 3,300 years ago and was lost in the war, is absurd because if that logic is true; America should give the southwestern territory back to Mexicans and the rest of the land to Indians. Bingo!

If you happen to have an American passport (because I do not know if they allow Indians to step into Israel) go live in Israel a month following by another month in Palestine. You'll see a drastic change take place in how you see these things.

Holy Ghost! I would never have a clue about how so many Indians are into a deep sort of romance with Israel if I had not gone through this piece! ... Albeit a lot of comments are indicative of utmost ignorance of the subject matter under discussion, are amusing to the core. So keep them coming. I'm gonna keep and eye here for sure ...

All the wars in the middle east is for the greater Israel agenda I believe Norman Finkelstein called it insanity for any state wanting to go to war with its neighbours. So maybe that's why Henry Kissinger stated Israel wouldn't exist in ten years time.
